Just wondering if FOE members are allowed to pray overheads protect prayers while looking for fights in 1v1?

not allowed in most situations, but for example Pj's are an exception, I suggest u read Foe Pking rules in FOE application rules if u want to know the exact rules.

And if ur gonna report a foe member, u need a video. Pic isnt enough, cuz anything could have happened before the fight

theyre allowed to when theyre not fighting, if they get attacked or get in a fight they're expected too turn it off inless the other person pray.

Thanks for the info. I'll just drop this tbh because I didn't think it was anything very bad but I thought I would confirm that it was nothing.
