What account user do I log in with?

Okay so I originally had an account named illr4p3you but when the name change option became available I changed it to poork1ngz and now since I cannot log in I am wondering which name would I use to log into RS and which name would I use for anything else, i.e. if I need to recover it.

you use your log in name, it will never change, your password's probably different
