Every time i go to pk or go anywhere i can click anything or move, but i can see other ppl move and do stuff. as if theres no lag.

An individual would not get ddosed, unless you are hosting something. Assuming you are in windows open resource monitor and look on the network tab. List network activity by the recieve column. Check the image and address for your most network intensive processes, this way you can stop anything that is too intensive.

I havent played recently so I'm not sure what would be causing it. Try different rs servers.

Close all extra programs running which you dont need. Adjust your gfx settings to use less memory, cpu and shit as well as closing all programs currently running in bottom left icon box.

Make sure you have a decent virus protection + might wana double check a scan to see if anyone has Keyloged you

(if this is the case then possible scenario that they are getting you when you are pking)<--- but thats just a HUGE assumption.

I Doubt your being Ddos'd because it would take 1+ hour to reconnection (if its an efficient Ddos'r/using a decent program)

INb4 get new internet connection/computer because thats just useless spam and just dumb shit to say. IF i can work with a vista 3years old with 3gig mems running hole comp + sony vegas/after effects same time i think you can make do.

Just clear up your comp and try restore as much memory as reduce as much lag as possible.

Ps

CTRL+ALT    DEL-> Task management and click internet explorer (never use tht, use firefox or safari) -> set priority HIGH

This means your comp is going to concentrate mostly on interent :D

I'm having this exact same problem. I think it's just jagex servers.... I hear a lot of people are suddenly experiencing lag like this where only your character doesn't do shit.

noticed this myself, mostly in bh worlds. A lot of people said they were lagging, I guess jagex might be getting ddosed or just having problems with their servers
