Bit of help?

Alright, So my AVG finally ran out, and i was on MMa-Core like i almost always am..

You know those Fake virus things? Well I got one. Everything i tried opening, a pop-up came up saying like "This could be a threat, continue?" if i cliked yes, it just took me to their gay website to buy their 90$ product.

Anyway, I called my IRL friend who's decent with computers asking him what i should do.. He told me to try to get on my Guest account and see if it works... And it does, seeing as im on it right now.

Anyway, When i woke up this morning, AVG found 3 viruses.

Trojan horse FakeAV.BFN

Trojan horse Generic17.BEGS

Trojan horse SHeur3.SPI

When i tried clicking the Remove all unhealed infections or w/e, It said "This item is inaccessable" or something like that.

I highly doubt MMA-Core gave me this seeing as im on it 3/4 of the time, but im thinking one of the sites that hosts video's did.

so... What should i do? My moms boyfriend works for the Police Department fixing computrs, so i could have him look at it but he's a doucher, is there any way i can fix this on my own?

you know that you cant remove viruses from a guest account?

boot the computer in safe mode with admin access and then scan it again, remove the viruses, scan, reboot, log into normal account, scan again.
