If it won't work on SwiftKit maybe try a different client ( http://www.mibbit.com/ for example) and select SwiftIRC network, or maybe post what isn't working so we can help you. You need IRC to apply, so you may as well get it working now. And 69 isn't that low, theres a lot of FOE members in the low-mid 70s range who are probably within your level range.

Troll or...I don't understand. Mm has these kinds of kids. I'm planning to duel more experienced and higher level members. I will most likely die so there isn't a point in losing 2m for an application when it could be easily avoided. Although I have money to spare, I prefer to keep it that way.
