Lol, Intoxicating already posted this, and i already said to him, it's a runescape clan at the end of the day, when the admins made Off Topic they did not intend to create an intellectual area for debating pythagoros theorom. The internet has it's dumbasses unfortunately, everywhere you go, and there's nothing we can do about it, it's not the people with low IQ's that are the problem anyway, quite frankly the dumb people are more tame, it's the people that know what they're doing that get on my fewking nerves and should be obliterated.

But yeah, i do agree with what you're getting at, but unfortunately it wouldn't be fair on the nice dumbasses, so never going to happen.

yah, or mabey cut down from 25 to 15 or so, because most that spam just come and go, and then the ones that are here a while rarely post or are actually making good posts. like i think somebody in council has like 400 post count.

Yep, a lot of people do use Off Topic as their way of getting to 25, it's annoying ¬.¬ but then, they're gonna spam their way to 25 either way, so limiting their Off Topic access won't help, at the end of the day, this section is not priority over others, it's not used as much as some other sections either, so we don't deserve the applicants having their posting rights limited in the section any more than other sections tbf. Would be nice if they would remove the post requirement, it's silly really, what is 25 posts gonna accomplish anyway? Especially when they spam it up, i assume they require 25 posts so you can get to know the clan, but all they do in those 25 posts is spam aload of pointless bullshit. Ah well.

Yeah, a lot of the higher ranked people don't post much as i assume they just talk ingame, or just don't have anything they feel like posting.
