Fast switching weapon special?

Ok I'm going to try and explain this to the best way I can. Basically when I watch good pkers videos and there pking in members it looks like they right click their dds then without moving their mouse it goes to the screen where they would normaly click the special, but the weapon isn't wielded yet. Just the right click option to wield is there then if they hit good they just click wield then boom they can automatically click wield. If you need an example watch UMPs pk vid 5 he does it in there. Please explain how I can  do this thanks a million.
