What's the best way to turn a .avi to .gif? I've tried many things, but all of em come out with like colors or really fast.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I make my gifs with Camtasia Studio 6

made mine and jordans as well as a few others. The quality might come out shit sometimes but got to take the good with the bad....
