Acclaimed|Jordan Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 Just got a mac... pretty fail imo, I cant even right click or uninstall applications. Can someone please tell me how the whole application process works, when it installs does it install like windows, or do you just run the .dmg file and also can someone tell me how to right click. And if you know must-have apps, share em ;)

Right now I use 2 technics 1200s w/ a rane mixer and serato, originally I wanted the ns7 but i went the oldschool/newschool route. ns7 is a great piece of hardware, right now imo its the best controller out there and its portable (better than lugging around 40 pound turntables). u can get the ns7 with nsfx @ amazon for 1349. i got it for 900 bucks, didnt buy it in the store.. got it from a connection that deals laptops. 500 gig hard drive w/ a 2.6 something processor, not bad. It doesnt have a graphics card but I dont plan on playing any games. music only.
Eric Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 thats dope! and yea i can score the NS7s from guitar center for $44 bucks a month, [which of course i'd pay more so i don't screw myself with the interest] but yea i'm the same way toss that shit out and figure it out, umm i'm sure there are some vids on youtube if you're desperate enough.. i just need a laptop and i'll start mixing like a mad man.. i'd also killll to find a GOOD/INEXPENSIVE midi with beat pad on it, but CBFA to start droppin G's on all this shit..
