since this got bumped I would like to say that it is a shame that you left FOE just because of your demotion.

What really is a shame is that someone made you believe that this was the sole reason for me leaving. (and youre not the only one) - anyways this was a long time ago, and although I hated the way it happend, im kinda happy it did.
