Vlooieneuker Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 a pure would be retarded not to get his ice barrage if he sees a lvl83 in full dharoks ^^ just get ice barrage and if obby tank takes off armour he'd get ddsed. dds is the classic gamble weapon. if hes lucky he'll hit 30-30 30-30 also check if you can get 1att 99str 75def 70pray (piety quest?) 90ish hp 70range (for dhide armour) and what combat it would be.
parkway|riped|mitch Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 ok for starters u cant get addy gloves and still be only 1 atk i think???? secondly obby tanker wuld not take out 5m and risk it 3rd if the tanker wuld to use piety he wuld need to finish atk giving quests also if the obby tanker wuldnt use b ring just for the fact that he wuldnt use it bcoz its not worth the extra wat +4 str this wat an obby tanker with 70 def wuld use helm: rune full body: black d hide legs :torags / karils boots: dragon gloves mith gloves bcoz he cant get addy with 1 atk i dont think wepon: rune knives/ slayer staff/ obby maul neck: berserker ring: recoil cape: firecape or obby if he is willing to loose them ok with those he wuld not skull and have protection prayer on in inv he wuld have back d hide chaps if pure starts barrage/blitz even if pure pulls out dds he still have to get really lucky specs to hit generally the tanker wuld win :nice: <3

Body_Piece Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 In my opinion the tanker would always win. It's a pain in the ass trying to hit 70 defence with whip, let alone d scimmy/dds and 60 attack. However I agree with Vlooienuker that in this game 90% of it comes down to luck, the DDS can always pull out a 30-30 and KO. Just in my experience, it doesn't.

bigger pnut Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 Well, if 1def pure can use drag bolts, rune cbow etc, it would b a good fite, but but but, u cant forget claws.... claws can hit through 70 def wid 60 atk pretty easy, 1def pure can range to claws, but tanker would win with all the restriction on 1def pure,
VxT Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 People need to realise you don't get attack XP getting addy gloves. People could get addy gloves before the Ape Atol update, they just had to do nature spirit, which gives DEF xp, not attack.

Ancent|Mike Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 Hmm, id think the obby tank would win. Although the ddser has ice burst, it would still bounce due to the obby maulers defence. And even if the Ddser had nice stats, the obby tank could just safe and probably outlast the ddser.
