Currently camping Waterfiends for some much-needed Range exp and Crimson charms as I want 60 Summoning soon.

Can you tell me the most cost-efficient and charm-efficient pouches I can make?

It's a neat little charm calculator that lets you input how many charms you have of each color and tells you what pouches to make. It even tells you how many shards you need. Try it, it's really thorough.
