80m cash.

So I need lots of junk fast I have 10m cash right now.

I really can't see what you could do. Fletching will take ages. Another option is to buy lots of an item that is getting merched but you might only get about 2x your cash in junk.

I would recommend waiting until crown price is high enough to trade normally, or making more money and finding a merched item.
