I know what you mean but that was the look I was going for. Symbolic of Iron Man in a way I guess I dunno. Or maybe because I couldn't find a c4d to match, I dunno. The first reason sounds cooler though!

Took a 3d pic and posterized it. I think thats what it's called. Dunno just found that button and used that, I went through invert and threshold too lol.

new one looks nice. The 1st one has a look like his spirit is coming out of him like some anime shit :D i like the effect and will have to steal for my next SOTW idea :shifty: the background should be blended in more as you dont want that as the main focus IMO but its your design, dont go around trying to please everyone, just be you and do what YOU love to do :king: and you will always have my respect.

Try to blend the signature. Effects do not go well with the render. The overall signature is too bland and don't do anything that would mess up the visual of the render. Add more flow, since Iron man is looking up, effects should go in a upward motion. Can't stand these kinds of borders but that's my opinion and also if your going to use that kind of size make sure you can fill in the negative space with effects that compliment Ironman otherwise it would just be blank space. Some constructive crit. ;D

Negative space was put there on purpose. Thanks for the CC Li. Some CC back at you, rearrange the format of your comments. Start with the positives then swing away at the negatives. Your CC is depressing to read on other peoples work lol. You're great at dissecting gfx and you have the skills and knowledge to do so.
