I'm buying a laptop because I'm going to college and I'm not going to carry around a monitor and a computer tower with me to class.

That's pretty much all you need for decent gaming. If you're talking about WoW I get 70+ FPS in a 25 man raid with those specs.

Don't buy a gaming laptop. I have $1200 in this desktop and it's only sub par for gaming. Just get like a normal laptop for shit or spend more money.

I only need to it to run CS:S

Buy a windows 98 laptop, then quit life.

Counterstrike has and always will suck. they only people who play that game anymore are dweebs.

(A lower level then RS players 'nerd')

I used to play it all the time, then halo came out and i realized... "holy shitty-cock! CS fucking blows."

www.newegg.com  would be a good site for you guy to help me

How do you build your own PC...?

1. have knowledge on how to build a computer...

2. go to newegg.com and order some parts that correspond with not only each other; but with them selves.

3. you have your computer! and like 200-300$ left for games.

who the fuck buys a laptop for hardcore gaming?

Stop telling him to build a PC, he already said he needs a laptop. If you haven't got anything useful to post, don't post at all.

It's worth the extra $100 for the top 1, reading the reviews some people say it plays Crysis on high-ish settings pretty smoothly.

Bottom one plays most games on highest settings according to reviews aswell, but obviously not as well as the above.

You're always best spending that little be more on a laptop, as it's generally not something you replace very soon, so you want one that's going to last a while.

Thanks, VXT, for actually answering me question.

As for TJ, Halo sucks. Only the gayest of the gay play that game.
