Rapier for sure. It's decently high hits with decently high speed. Maul is higher damage but much slower, long is much the same.

Helgar, the fastest way to train is to do the small floors alone 1-27. Floor 28-35 you do large with a 5 man team. These large floors give massive exp, but take long time (last time i did floor 35 i got 57k xp).
