I have low hp too but it isn't a problem at all. Either do above or just leave it the way it is.

Why dont u just do ur range properly to 99, then it will even that hp up, if ur tight then sw both range and hp :p

Do quest for 45 def, then sw  95 prayer

or if you bot sw the prayer first. If you dont feel like doing either of those, get 75 attack and ags
