This was actually back while jagex was fixing the epic lagging and bs after slayer updates. After they added that, for about an hour or two, runescape was lagging like crap, random things disapearring then reappearing, and etc. They had the system update thing up, and I left my account at ge, waiting for an opportunity to log in, to instantly buy hexcrests/staff of lights/focus sights on my main (this happened after the slayer updates, so these items were extremely hard to get in ge, and worth a hell lot). When I couldn't log in for a long time, I went on rs homepage and saw this. It stayed this way for a long time, although every now and then it'd say 2 players (probably another admin). Then finally I could log in after waiting so long.
