70 attack pure training

How can i train str on my 70 att pure that will be turned into bgs pure when i get the money? since im 85 str 70 att 1 def i think i should get 90 str so that i can pk with whip on attack style and not worry about getting too much att without str. Should i just use d scim to train str or are there better weapons for it?

Use a Saradomin Sword at bandits. Like 60-70k atk exp an hour.;)
