Hello and welcome to my 1-99 Guide/Log/In your face kind of thing  :wow:

With a bit of luck I should be getting 99 construction and showing you each level from 30-99.

I will start to include xp/cost rates as I go along.

Anyways :-

Update 2

I bought 6k Oak Planks to get to this level which cost 3m. I need to spend another 3m to get to 72.

NOTE: This is included in my 7m spend over all as I said below in my first update!

Update/Guide so far.

Basically buy 200 normal planks and about 400 nails. Then just keep doing best chairs until you reach oak, then go to 22.

Once level 22 transfer to tables and again make the best ones you can. At Level 30 Go get a maid and keep giong with the best oak table you can do until level 33.

33-72 is oak larders. With each plank costing 500 each ( average ) you need about 300 for when you start oak chairs and tables to 33 then from 33-72 is 14k.

Therefore from 1-72 will cost around 7m.

Total cost is about 48M from 74-99 if using SC hammers and making Oak Dungeon Doors, might be a few million gp more using butler.
