My RS pure was hacked

Okay last December (2009) I logged into my old pure account and started playing again then quit, well sadly I tried logging in the other day and it did not work. Well I decided to add the account to my friends list to find out it had a name change I did NOT do myself.

The accounts original name was : Illr4p3you

I changed the name to: poork1ngz

Hacked name: dntclawmebro <---I DID NOT DO THIS

I never gave the password out but recently I tried recovering and ****ing guess what? EVERYTHING was changed. I do have screenshots of me on the account so I can prove its mine but theres no point as bots look at the recovery questions.

Listen if ANYBODY can LEGITIMATELY help me I will give a reward. Please add him as a friend spam him whatever and if I cannot get that account back I want it LOCKED.

Please any help would be appreciated, Im pissed. I seriously want to meet that fat ass oh saki nugi him and smash his lungs in.

No one messes with me bitch so whoever can help will be great. Does anybody also have ideas on how to recover it as I have the ORIGINAL recovery questions + the answers (what I had them set as) the ORIGINAL password(hopefully something he doesn't have) and when I last personally had membership, any tips?

I have pics of me playing, of his older stats and I have the old reocvery q's and such..

I think you can send in a recovery request that is read by customer support. Basically if you can remember first password/IP that the acc was created on, early recoveries, creation date etc they will recover it back for you. I have never done it before and I don't know the process but I have read about it.

Well I did save all my recoveries into an encrypted file incase this ever happened. Now if I have screenshots of the account before the name change do you think it would be worth it for me to include one?

Also should I "recover" the account or "recover stolen password" as if its reported stolen couldn't that just get it locked and I will never be able to get it back?

Well thanks I just tried recovering it so its status is pending but I put the original password the second password, when I last had membership, my old recovery's a link to a screen shot of the account, and when I last changed the password from the original ones.

I swear if all that even screenshot proof gets me denied I'm going to be pissed off and try again and if its the same response I SWEAR A BOT LOOKS AT THESE.

The creation details you gave us did not provide us with enough evidence to reset your password. Try resending the creation details with information that would have been accurate when you created the account. The earlier the details, the faster we can get you back in game. We require details from when you first created this account, such as the location, date and IP address, if known. The more information you can provide, such as the country/state or city, as well as an approximate date of creation, are very good indicators of account ownership.

So providing you with a FUCKING screenshot, my p2p details, when I made the account and my ORIGINAL passwords were not enough for the bot? Fuck it.

that sucks man, try giving them the exact amount that you paid for the membership, how you paid for it. Also, it helps to tell them your past bank pin's and when you started playing, and around the time you stopped... GL :)

Idk I linked to a screenie of me on the account BEFORE ANY name changed, I also gave my old recovery questions, the first password, the second one I changed to, when I had membership, my email, zip, when the EXACT date was when I last changed the password. Lol screenies and all of that isn't enough?

Are we sure humans don't look at these?

thats exactly what i had to do for the pure i'm working on right now, someone hacked him after my 1 yr break didn't get ONE lvl/quest done on him but changed all my details..

i had to fuckin look up my OLD OLD OLD ip address and answer a bunch of BS questions, but it got unlocked like 7 hours later..

pretty sure they dont look at pics as they dont care. Just subit your isp at the time, membership info, accounts are so easy to recover it's a joke so unless you bought the account you shouldnt have any trouble..
