what if im ranging and like dds specing?

EDIT: i've been watching some pvp videos, and i notice people are pking in like the middle of varrock and are using the prot item pray. why is this? on pvp worlds, it says i can't use prot item. and theres no way that these people risk 30m every time they pk, that's just stupid. on bounty worlds, the same thing, i can't use prot item, and on bounty worlds +1, you don't even need to use that prayer. What worlds are these people pking in?

its in old pvp / pking lol, jax changed that because of 1 itemers, but made it worse lol.
