The're Like These Pixelated Things As They Say, Which You Can Get A Template And Build Your Own Cartoon Character, You Dont Have To Draw, You Just Match The Lines Together And You Got YourSelf Like A Mini Avatar Or Something, I Make Customs But Most Are Not Pro, So Im Editing Some, Im Gona Make A Video Soon.

Basically you just download

open in pain or photoshop and build your own character or if need be use as a stencil

Iv seen loads of these things go around RSC but nether the less, ima use but as a stencil for drawing.
