edit: severed with the new toon try making the torsos less squarish, and the arms seem a little thin too, loving the capes though :shifty:

edit: o yeh drawing with the mouse on photoshop = shitty

Try freehanding the lineart in paint then tracing it with the pen tool in photoshop and stroking the path. Or make a custom brush that's extra sharp to get rid of the gay blurry look.
