Quests to Complete

I'm currently making a 20 defence pure atm, (14 defence already since i got rune gloves, so may as well get 20 for mystic, init etc)

Please list quests that would be helpful to have but not push me over 20 defence, and be serious no things like 'dragon slayer'...its just dumb ill report it. thanks

The only quest I know of is Nature Spirit.  It allows you to get rune gloves.

Also, Recruitment Drive is important for initiate armor.

Training advantages:

Fremmenik Trials (Yaks) or What Lies below (Armoured Zombies)

Most Quest points:

Do the myreque series:

in aid of the myreque, in search of the myreque, darkness of hallowvale and legacy of seergaze (500-600def xp ea)

Also do Recruitment Drive for initiate armour and nature spirit for Lumbridge Guide part of rfd

It would be better to do in Search and in aid of the myreque. These two quests get you to 20 def (I think), and can be very beneficial later on. the two myreques give 2.6k def xp
