England has some amazing players and it is fabio cappello that is fucking them up... where is sven goran eriksson? <3 gerrard is 1 of the best central midfielders in the world playing on the left and they leave joe cole on the bench? gerrard should be behind rooney... best players go in their best positions and then build around them.. cappello will now be shittin brix... he will realise if they dont qualify for 16s he will get instantly fired. he will play the players in the correct position and they will beat Slovenia... We didn't reach the semis lol. we got knocked out by portugal not sure at what stage but it wasn't the semi finals. And the fact is, capello is shit, we have gerrard (one of the best attacking midfielders in the world) and he plays him out wide. Not only that gerrard loves to come inside, making it unbalanced on the left hand side, and causing our defence to suffer on the left hand side making us shit in defence. I havn't got a clue why he didnt take adam johnson tbh we needed at least one left footer in the squad. We had 2 of our best players sent off, Rooney & Beckham. They would of easily scores and we probably would of won. You watch Sky Sports and play Football Manger 2004 on your laptop and think you can do their job better than they can. They obviously know more about the players/team than you do, else they wouldn't have a million pound job. I agree the current England team is shit, but there isn't much that as a manager you could change at this point, the players are on thousands an hour, they have no passion or love for the game like they did in '66, they just want the money. Although I support Spain I'd love the see an African team go through, they aren't on much money and they have a love for the support, whereas with England the fans want to win more than the actual team does. /walloftext
