id get ranged up to like 92 then str to like 80

get 45 pray as it doesnt make any diffrence to combat at all

Do these and I would train wherever you want. Possibly get 30 slayer and kill pyres in sw with melee. Use the points on ranged and sc scimitars if you want.

str at experiments & ranged somewhere like ogres or something :)

99 str is useless.
