Lowest defence for turmoil?

Without rune gloves (If possible) and all the other extra defence quests, what is the bare MINIMUM defence level able to have turmoil?

Which is pretty much all of them these days aside from Foe and MM

Would be 27 if you didn't have to do do What Lies below - one of the prequests for Defender of Varrock.

Yeah, I dont think its all that bad accepting turmoils though, even though im contradicting what i said earlier because Max defence for foe and mm is like 25 with good stats, 30 is just 1 more combat level, and prayer shouldnt matter since 99 prayer at 1 defence is acceptable in any clan. All pure clans should be able to accept turmoils with amazing stats of course.

yeah you will have to be a 1man soldier but if your willing to put in the time to do it YOU make the choise and dont do what others say to do

Maybe before you try and be smart in your post, you should research that one of the prep. quests, "What Lies Below", gives 2k Defence Exp.

tough to get into mm or foe but all other clan except really ... chaotic, tlp, cpr , ir , zenith, dp ect. mm and foe are like the only clans left with people that dont have 30 def most clans have their own little 30 def unit either handcannon or turmoil pures, but the do require you quested that def so either handcannon or turmoil tbh. Lets face it the clans with 30 defs in when they get the member count of foe and mm will wipe them off the face of runescape tbh, tanking + overpowered prayers or weapons, yes please
