well im level 64 atm 87 range 75 str 60 atk 13 pray 90 mage dunno if i shud get 31 pray for the nice specs 250-250 and the nice range bonus pray i hit like 180-220 atm which is kinda sucky and jus wanna know what to do ill be like level 67

I'd say keep 13 prayer, as the combat levels do not justify the means of getting prayer. And not to mention the fact that jagex could add a quest that gives prayer experience and has a sick reward. That's why I keep 12 atm.

Get 44 prayer. So much more you can do, only a few cb's difference. 13 is useless, get a targ with 43+ pray and you'll get r8ped, they can just use overheads.

I'd say stay 13 and only get 31 when you get higher cb.

I would suggest getting 44 or 45 because it rapes ;)...another thing to think about when not wanting the combat levels is that in pvp you'll be attacked by people 5-10 levels higher then you all the time, so if you train up your combat, thats more nubbies for you to pick off.
