i know they are extreme but wat kind, hes got the black one which r overloads hes also got prayer pots and hes got another type of pot that looks like water...which pot it that?

"Recover Special" potions, so he can use his SGS more for to regain prayer points and use less prayer pots.

I got these pics during two abby tasks.. I used about 12 spec restore pots per task so I did about 190 dds specs if I calced that right:

4 specs per pot = 12*2*4 = 96

about 2 hours of spec bar restoring naturally = (120/5)*4 = 96

96 + 96 = 192 dds specs

My max with a whip is definitely 49. I don't use a defender so I guess it would be 50 with defender.

Max I've done with sgs is 61 but I don't use it enough to get pictures of max hits.

Max single dds hit was a 37. 38 with defender I guess.

I wish these pots were allowed in pvp.
