Why are so many people voting "No"?

You can hang out on the forums and stuff, you just can't join the clan and pk with them.

There are a lot of mains that are on these boards.

well there are many guests who aren't pure. The forums are for discussions, and I don't see how having defence will not allow you to be active - so long as what you say is true.
