Ph necks aren't just for pures lol.  Pking as a main is still pking: dclaws are still an unstopable killing machine.  With maxed gear I believe I can spec over 800 damage with d claws.  Any normal pker doesn't eat at 800 hp.  Thus a ph neck sounds a reasonable investment :)
