best way is to stun/alch in bh edge wilderness lvl 1 and wait for ep/target, then waste all ur ep, then go back to that again. its much better than just sitting there eping or just alching alone in a boring place.

Probably the most efficient method is Zanaris Alching, But if you have alot to spend, Like most of the members in Foe, I suggest The Common Yew Long alching method.

Cursing is efficient also, but The Dinosaur that lives next door to me started cursing in 42 BC and is 71 Mage now.

Now that Alching losses are through the roof, I Suggest alching Maple Long's atm, They give the least amount of loss.

Or You could try searching through the Pouches, and look at the losses on those
