Hello GFX team

I don't really have a Stock but I was wondering if I could get a Canadian flag with little FOE eagles falling down. Now i'm not sure if that sounds super hard but http://www.foe-rs.com/forums/Screenshots/foe_header.png the eagles there, if they can somehow be minimized, and just fall down like a gif that would be awesome. If I am asking for too much than just let me know
