Don't start over.

Stay 60 attack, get members, do Monkey madness if you already haven't. Get addy gloves by doing the monkey part of RFD, 45 prayer, and just max out at 10 def. Also train your range and mage up to 99 and do horror from the deep, and Desert treasure

Option 2. Get 75 attack, 45 prayer, and max out. Also with addy gloves. Also train your range and mage up to 99 and do horror from the deep, and Desert treasure

Option 3. Get 99 attack, 45 prayer, addy gloves and max out. Also train your range and mage up to 99 and do horror from the deep, and Desert treasure.

Option 4: DO any of the above, but do the lumbridge guide quest for rfd to have access to rune gloves, train the remaining defense levels up to 20.

Start off at rock crabs or Fleshies if you want to make cash. Then at like 70+ I would suggest sw... But it gets boring.
