Yeah so I was at a party n started drinking, was fun n stuff but I drinked like 10 beer, many mix thingys never had a hangover before even though I drinked pretty much sometimes. And now, right now I feel so fucking bad I feel like I have to vomit every second but I can't. Now I am asking the best fak'n pure clan in the world to help meeeeee. What can I do to feel better? :o :o :o :wow: o.O

Okay steps on getting rid of that awful feeling you're having.

#1. Drink a glass of milk

#2. Run around/on the spot for a bit

#3. if nothing happens, stick finger down throat.

A good hangover cure is drinking lots of water. Or if you wanna prevent a hangover drink lots of water before you go to sleep. Or stay awake until your not drunk anymore :)

Ok, before you drink you must understand what your limit is and if you dont have a limit on normal drinks

eg i can drink stella until the cows come home but my limit is Vodka

Before you drink, your body must be hydrated 100% with water and food. Fill your body with absorbing stuff like bread

(hence why people get a kebab after a late night or full english in the morning)

When you drink, the beer go's into your blood stream getting you drunk

To counter this you balance it by doing the above

I no its grim to do 1st thing in morning when your fucked but you need to get a pint of water and take sips do not drink all in one go or ull feel more shit

Drinking milk hasn't done anything for me but i no people who says it works so testing new things is always good

Some people i no need a pancake + pickles as a hang over remedy (fucked up i no but they say it works for them)

EAT!!!! If you take some headache tabs on a empty stomach i have no sympathy for you.. your just poring fuel on the fire
