double xp double ownage

The xp counter started at x2.7, then went down to x2.5 and then x2.4.  When it was about to drop again, Jagex fixed some glitch in dungeoneering and restarted the counter back to x2.7

Made my life a lot easier, sucks if you weren't on at the time
