Well lets put it in perspective.... no one wants to be educated unless they are learning subliminally....

So think of a way you can incorporate a educational teaching into a game subliminally...  i say fuck that buuuuuuuuuut

Hedgewars is a good Worms clone.

On a serious note, a point and click type game would probably be your best bet, pick a past crime and investigation and base it upon that, perhaps.
