Is FOE aloud to pray in hybrid fights?

I heard from somewhere that they're aloud to, but I'm not sure.. And I'd read the rules, but they might be outdated like TLP's.

I care. I'm not asking so I can tattle on some random pure in FOE, but I might be looking to join a clan, and most of them don't like when people overhead...

the rule is.. pray if you are prayed apon, your not supposed to pray first thats no honor. they pray you pray simple

The rules are if your opponent is using a dds, you are only "aloud" to pray on the 2nd and 4th dds spec.  If they have claws, you can pray the first, but not the second, so on and so forth. 

Also if they have one attack style your pray no matter what, but if they brid you cant pray at all.

If someone prays against you then you may put up your prayer, otherwise if your in a PVP Zone be aware that anyone can attack you at any time and praying first is not permitted.
