the closest i know of a level 3 to level 99 slayer is "soul in pain" with 86 or 87 slayer.

Alot of people who have been doing it for months are barely 60 slayer at level 3. Im pretty sure ages ago i found out 1-99 slayer = zeal for about 3 99 stats.
