I doubt this'll get seen by the people it's directed at, but quite frankly, i think it's pretty pathetic how people think that the Off Topic section is some wasteland full of trolls that if you come here you'll get trolled.. No, just no, nobody here "trolls" anyone, yeah, we may get pissed off and flame kids that SPAM.. But then, why shouldn't we? It's against the rules, and it's pretty enfuriating when people spam the shit out of the forum with their uneducated opinion/post irrelevant to the topic, and even then, a conflict of opinions is not "trolling," it's human nature..

I just wish everybody would stop categorising the regulars of this section of the forum - what, because we'd rather post about stuff that isn't to do with Runescape, we're automatically trolls? Had it never occurred to you that a lot of us don't play Runescape, but we stick around for the community, and the friends we've made here? I don't know about other frequent Off Topic posters, but when i do play Runescape, I do post in the Runescape related section, so I just wish you'd stop tarring us all with the brush of the bunch of little trolls who sit in Off Topic because they see it as the trolling section, because quite frankly, that's a load of bullocks.

And I don't want to be seen as a troll, as i'm sure most of the people who post here don't, i'd like to join FOE when i've got the stats, and I just find it pretty bullocks that just because we flame people that give us reason to flame, i'm now known as a troll.

Not going to say any names  :shifty: as there are a vast majority of people who bash others without having the intellectually capacity to look at one self before pointing the finger at others.

Shame there's quite a few sadistic individuals who believe they are above others when in fact they forget that were all individuals with our own perceptive views and opinions. Yes that means you have the right to say "fuck you rare" but it also gives me the right to say "thats nice kid".

Fact that hardly any of the main OT members bother to flame war these uneducated,pathetic children is because they are more mature and have better things to do than argue with someone who cant grasp a higher intellect of understanding. As a result you call us trolls when we rather walk away from your "fail" baits and those few who try fish but never get any were.

Fact that a lot of higher ups post here and can see that there are hardly any major conflicts between the community members occur here is a concessive proof that your accusations fail.

Well, I have no problem with any of the people that call us trolls, but I just don't understand why they think we are.

The thing that spurred this topic was Sly saying:

"Lip Job - You're ranting about another FOE member in Off Topic where you know he's going to get trolled and flamed like fuck"

Where you know he's going to get trolled and flamed like fuck? No..? We don't troll people, he spammed, so we flame him, why shouldn't we? He's being a retard spamming EVERY SINGLE topic, why the hell shouldn't we get annoyed? I know he's a clan member and all, and we're not, but it's not as if we're saying anything mean about him, why don't we have the right to complain? Lip Job's topic wasn't flaming at all, it was stating a fact, as with every other topic that has been made about Jordan_ nobody has insulted him, all they've done is stated that he's spamming, and that something needs to be done.. How the FUCK is that trolling? Wow.

Anyway, let's not go into the subject of that, because we've already established the guests aren't allowed opinions, and aren't allowed to complain(rather civilly) about clan members breaking the forum rules, this topic isn't about that, it's about the fact that we're considered trolls for doing so.

Na sly sly didn't call Us trolls unlike others who im talking about, he was just talking in general about the topic as haters would have sparked and spammed random shit. I find it funny that its actually the rs section that has the most trolls/flame wars/bait than anywhere els on the community yet we get shun apon for unknown reasons.

I can see it from both angles but ino the off-topic lot aren't trolls at all especially from posts in TBFF & other topics, i actually find off topic people to be the most chill as they dont get worked up about runescape arguments and shit, pretty good bunch all in all, but time 2 time u get the odd person that makes a few friends and thinks he can start shit with anyone.. notice they aint around for long so i guess its just respect & be respected, but have all the fun/post all the opinions u want as u got every right too
