Suggestion: Add a requests sub board

Can someone add a requests sub board to GFX, if possible have a minimum post count to make a thread, if not we can just make some rules, no one uses the sticky anyway.

I approve and support. (although there is a sticky already but no one post there hardly except for a few but the post count thing is a good idea)

Going to start doing some new req's if anyone uses it
