Help with Swifkit please

Okay so whenever I click "Print Screen" on Swifkit to take a drop screenshot Swiftkit gets white screened and becomes Not Responding, this is really annoying because I cant take drop screenshots.

I HAVE re downloaded Swifkit but it didnt help.

If you can help me solve this SK problem it would help a lot.

Hmm check your location to where it sends the screenshots and move some out, or delete some it might be getting full. best of luck. hope this helps.

When I redownloaded it, I deleted all the files so right now I have 2 screenshots =/

Hmm this is really strange, did you set a path for the screenshots to go? like can you find the folder of the 2 screenies? if their is no path then it might cause it to shut down

just click print screen on keyboard then open paint and crop it then save it to ur swiftkit forum.

hassle and takes forever =\ hard to do on trips. But yeah if ur picing a level this works.
