Honestly you'd have to be lucky to get one in under 500 kills. My friend got seriously lucky and got 2 visages in under 3 hours. But that is like 1:10,000 chance lol.

ive got a 5 way cs visage split before. There very rare and it's like over 1:1000 lol

*edit* I go with  friends almost every week (there mains ;) ) in over 600 trips they only ever got 1 visage
