As a single item no dont get it.

2 slow in brid fight just use d cimie + zammy book (easy switch to ancient staff/rune cross bow)

If you combo with Gmaul as said previously then it can have devastating results but the unnecessary pray lvls unless your going for 52 isnt worth it tbh
