Depends on The situation, if you love mw2 maybe you just feel happy when you see the case, i generally don't weigh up choices in my head, i just subconciously decide based on emotions. If i'm trying to convey a message verbally and try to sound articulate then i think of the words because i don't want to sound like a retard.

i never really thought about how i think lol. its kind of a weird concept. i think it depends on the situation as to how you go about thinking. like, you wanna look for something, you picture in your head everything you were doing while you had it to try to get to the point you last had it. sometimes its like im just talking to myself in my head trying to come up with an outcome. kind of having a debate with myself.

also, when your thinking, or what ever. in your head is the voice your voice? or wtf is it..? wow, its weird to think you "hear" a voice in your head when your thinking, even though theres no sound.

Really? When I think of anything visual in the world like movies or games etc I think in images.  But I don't think thought is as simple as images vs words, I think that when you think of something your mind brings out everything about that thing.  Like if you're thinking of a book you don't just see words on a page obviously, most people have a visual movie in their head of how they think it would look, then there are the individual characters that come to mind, how you feel about the book, if it made you happy or sad, if you related to the characters or events at all.  So I believe thought is really a combination of words that lead to images which lead to emotions.
