A quite overlooked item

Zamorak Halo

Reduces the drain rate of the prayers Burst of Strength, Superhuman Strength, Ultimate Strength, Chivalry, Piety, Sharp Eye, Mystic Will, Hawk Eye, Mystic Lore, Eagle Eye, Mystic Might, Sap Curses, Leech Curses and Turmoil (confirmed by Mod Emilee - Game Update FAQ 25 May 2010)

All halos reduces the drain rate by 1/3 - equivalent to a prayer bonus of 15.

It almost has the same defence bonuses as the Bear Head (Max defence bonus for 1 defence helmet).

Would prove useful for Barraging/Bursting rock lobsters, fight caves or Warring.

Zammy Halo does the same, but only for Strength boosts, i'd go with Guthix for bridding.

It takes around 50 hours to get from Castle wars, and has a high alchemy value of 150.000 gp.

Saradomin and Zammy halos can also be used as equipment for GWD, but i'd go with a mitre just in case you happen to die.

Yeah, zammy would be better if you're only planning to use it for melee combat, but for bridding guthix would be a better choice.
