is a nice helm but i would rather get the zammy one

Yeah, zammy would be better if you're only planning to use it for melee combat, but for bridding guthix would be a better choice.

the only difference is that guthix effect the attack prayers and zamorak the strength prayers? other than that their effects are the same? or am i missing something?  :unsure2:

Zamorak does the same for all strength-boosting prayers, not ranged or magic.
