when i concentrate i get around 4k per hour

meaning rates are much faster than ur saying :P

Wikia assumes that 3K gems are cut an hour

If you're able to cut 4K an hour the xp rates will be:

Diamonds - 430K xp/hr

Dragonstone - 550K xp/hr

Onyx - 670k xp/hr

I find dragonstone to be more efficient if you can buy for med.
