never say "oh im 6 defence better get 10" or something liek that..

keep it as low as u can UNTIL

when u get like..13 defence right away just do nature spirit so u can get rune gloves and just go 20 defence.

dnt get any defence on purpose until u accidently reach 13 defence, which will take a long time unless ur rly rly clutsy.
